Fellowship Agreement Form

Please read our by-laws carefully. Your Fellowship is donation-based on your agreement to the following terms: 

1. You certify that you join The Fellowship in pursuit of sincere Inner communion exercise.

2. Ceremonies obtained from The Fellowship must be treated with respect and consumed solely for inner spiritual purposes. 

3. You must keep the communion secure and take steps to prevent its misuse. 

4. You agree to be transparent about your sacred consumption and spiritual progress. 

5. You must not consume alcohol or illicit drugs while using this sacred communion. 

6. Ceremonial communions should be consumed safely, based on personal knowledge of their effects. 

7. You may not distribute the sacred communion to non-certified individuals and should verify your Fellowship status with administrators. 

8. The communion is for divination, spiritual growth, healing, and life optimization only.

9. Misuse of the communion is considered sacrilege and may lead to expulsion from the Fellowship Community. 

10. You can be revoked at any time. 

11. Fellowship members commit to the principle of cosmic unity. 

12. You agree to participate anonymously in Fellowship-sponsored research and provide accurate information. 

13. You are asked to report any violations of this agreement to the administration promptly. 

14. You are not required to attend our Sunday Communion Gatherings (to be announced). 

15. All Fellowship members may receive Affiliate accounts upon agreeing to the Affiliate Marketing Terms and Conditions. (Affiliate Program to be added in the future)

Note: Our Fellowship Community does not include offerings. **ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE FELLOWSHIP MAY CONDUCT A BACKGROUND CHECK TO ENSURE SINCERITY.** By accepting this agreement, you gain access to all Fellowship classes, Integration, and Educational Programs.
