Membership Agreement Form

Please read our by-laws carefully. Memberships are renewed monthly or yearly based on your agreement to the following terms: 

1. Members certify that they join The Church in pursuit of sincere religious exercise.

2. Sacraments obtained from The Church must be treated with respect and consumed solely for religious purposes. 

3. Members must keep the sacrament secure and take steps to prevent its misuse. 

4. Members agree to be transparent about their sacrament consumption and spiritual progress. 

5. Members must not consume alcohol or illicit drugs while using the sacrament. 

6. Sacraments should be consumed safely, based on personal knowledge of their effects. 

7. Members may not distribute the sacrament to non-certified individuals and should verify membership status with administrators. 

8. The sacrament is for divination, spiritual growth, healing, and life optimization only.

9. Non-religious use of the sacrament is considered sacrilege and may lead to expulsion. 

10. Membership can be revoked at any time. 

11. Members commit to the principle of cosmic unity. 

12. Members agree to participate anonymously in Church-sponsored research and provide accurate information. 

13. Members are asked report any violations of this agreement to administration promptly. 

14. Members may, but are not required to attend our Sunday SacramentServices (to be announced), or may watch a pre-recorded service. 

15. All members may receive Affiliate accounts upon agreeing to the AffiliateMarketing Terms and Conditions.(Affiliate Program to be added soon)

Note: Membership does not include sacrament offerings, which can be chosen on the website and determined by the Member’s donation amount.**MEMBERS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE CHURCH MAY CONDUCT A BACKGROUND CHECK TO ENSURE SINCERITY.** By accepting this agreement, you gain access to all Church classes, Integration, and OurAffiliate Program.
